If Al-Aqsa is the temple mount and is holy to them - Why is it muslims don't mind pointing their backside to it when facing Mecca.

According to islam, early muslims faced Jerusalem, then Mohammed said the muslims should change kibla(place of direction of prayer), and face Mecca. Some muslims may say that Al Aqsa is the temple mount area. The direction of prayer of the Jews.and that mohammed's night journey from mecca on a winged horse, took place before the change.
